Love the sensation of burn with every bite of your meal spiced with Chili peppers?
Your grandma told you that removing the seeds will make it less spicy?
Well, the burning sensation is related with a chemical found in the Chili peppers called Capsaicin.
In contrary to what people say, no Capsaicin is found in the seeds.
The seeds are hot because it touches all other parts of the pepper but the real hot stuff is in the Pith (the white area inside the pepper) which holds the highest percentage of Capsaicin in the pepper.
