There is a concept of a hypothetic roller coaster that designed to actually kill the passengers!
The roller coaster is called "Euthanasia Coaster" and the idea (somehow creepy idea) is to use the geometry of the rails to create extreme G force on the passengers body and therefore to lack of oxygen to their brain - until they die.
First, the Euthanasia Coaster lifts to altitude of more then 500 meters to reach a velocity of 360kmh at the bottom and then 7 loops with the decrease of diameter maintain 10G force for 60 seconds.
There is a flattened straight line at the end to unload the corps (of course).
